Just a feeling....
YepZ..... I am back again after so long. Just did not have the mood to blog everyday. SO.....a quick update on what has happen to me. Basically life is busy, school work is piling up (pretty soon) , Chinese New Year is just round the corner and I have not finish buying my CNY clothings.
I wonder why I am not feeling the Chinese New Year festive mood this time round. It just doesn't feel like anything to me as the years pass. I remember when I was little (about 10 years old), Chinese New Year is something I REALLY look forward to. I could not sleep on the CNY Eve because I was so excited. I even wake up bright and early the next morning at 7am to prepare for the outing that was to come with my family members. Now? I don't know anymore. To me, its just another day........... The things we grow out of as we get older......
On the bright side, maybe I might have the CNY mood as it draws near? Lets hope so. Think I need some retail therapy to get into the mood. Hhaha! Afternoon class tomorrow is good, I guess. Can lay about on my bed till 10am. Hehe~ then maybe walk about in Bugis after that ....... hunt for some good buys!
Geeze, 1.40am now... time to sleep.

2 things I never knew would be such a bliss....
1) To sleep till 11am today! Have been waking up far too early in the morning this week due to my timetable. Make me grumbly and in a bad mood..... today wake up cheery and happy =D. Extra sleep can really do wonders to a person's mood.... hehe
2) To finally see the sun on Friday morning when I go to school. The ground was not wet thus my jeans remain dry and warm. There is also NO need to dig around my bag for the umbrella. Today's weather is good too because it is sunny but not warm. Can still feel some breeze while I was in my room......
Anyway, I just finished watching a movie starring Andy Lau titled "wait till you're older". I bought the VCD from TS and I feel its worth the $12 I paid for it.
The story is about Kong who has been an unhappy child since his mother’s suicide. He blames it on his father and stepmother and yearns for freedom as much as he yearns for love. He believes he can only find peace and happiness when he is all grown up. One day after another heated arguement with his stepmom, Kong ran off from home and met an old man who claims he has a potion that can speed up the life process. He stole the potion and accidentally taints his blood with it. Kong's dream came true and he wakes up the next morning to find himself to be all grown up. Plunging into the adult world in earnest, he prepared to take revenge on his parents while trying on all things that use to be forbidden for him as a child. However another day passes and he becomes ten years older. Only then does he realize the tragedy of his situation: his growth rate is exponential. When he finally uncovers the harsh reality behind his mother’s death, Kong has to race against time to right things wrong with his parents.
Verdict? The beginning might be a little draggy and the movie was too short and lots of things were left unanswered. Nevertheless, the message of "you only live once" is very touching, the conclusion is sad but surpising. I feel this is a beautifully crafted fairy tale that reminds us on the meaning of living. Ratings a 4/5...... Watch it!!

2006 New Year Resolution
1) Get more rest
This means
- getting my 8 hrs sleep per day
- Latest sleeping time will be 1am if possible with the exception of meeting project deadlines.
I don't wanna go into overdrive, stay up late and feel tired everyday....
2) Eat Better
- Less snacking! Limit the unhealthy food to smaller portions
- Eat more fruits, vegetables, drink more water etc....
- Less sweety stuff! I have such a sweet tooth...
3) Work up a Sweat!
- Junz, Geraldine and me have join Amore for 3 months. To a more tonned bod this year!
- Exercise at least 3 times a week.....
4) Get Rich!!
- The same resolution every year. Myabe money will start falling from the sky or grow on trees this year? LolX!!
5) Get....... *secret wish*
6) Be more
- tidy
- independent
- not so lazy. MAKE AN effort for certain things
- well-organized! No last minute rush....
7) Ace my exams!!! Ace my projects!!
Thats my resolution for this year. They are actually stuff that are attainable if I work hard.... but .... my determination is not much to talk about. Of course lets hope I get lucky this time round and I actually stick to my resolutions and meet at least half of my resolutions!! This year had pass me by so damn fast I wish I can slow the pace......
Anyway, wanna thank my buddies JunZ, Felix, Barry and Geraldine for the Christmas presents they got for me! I really love it for the time and money they spend on it. ThnX!! As for Ah Kim and Ah Ying
1) Ah Ying for..... HMMmM... the necklace which she bought and give so "willingly" to me.
2) Ah Kim for *ponders* asking me to choose the gift myself within a budget of $11 after asking how much my gift for her is worth. Hahhaha.....
Of course not forgetting the rest of you reading this entry.....
